First time eating here. I love soul food. Catfish was amazing. The fried green to tomatoes were off the charts. Service was great very friendly environment. I will be eating here again.

We stopped by Savannah Joe's on 3/22 and was deliciously delighted The shrimp and grits were some of the richest, creamiest I've ever had in a flavorful gravy with perfectly prepared shrimp. The gravy on the smothered chicken was delicious, greens were very flavorful and good (I prefer my greens cooked a tad bit more coarse) my husband said the yams were on point! The fried green tomatoes were The customer service was so very welcoming. I will definitely stop back in when passing by the area!

I feel like we are family and I am having Sunday dinner at big momma's house. EVERYTHING was delicious!!! No exaggeration I enjoyed ALL my food and all 5 desserts I ordered. This was my first time and I wanted to try a bunch of things so I did. This is a must try if you have never tried them.
